King Guide Service reserves the right to use any photographs, video footage, hunt stories and names for any marketing purposes.
I, the undersigned, recognize the dangers including, but not limited to the handling of firearms, hunting, the presence of poisonous snakes and other potentially dangerous wildlife, insects and domestic livestock, homeland security issues, inclement weather conditions, ATV's and other vehicles, being struck by a meteorite, or other unforeseen conditions that might arise on the various tracts of land used by King Guide Service. I, the undersigned, believe I have good physical conditioning and the moderate degree of outdoor skills and knowledge necessary to safely engage in these activities. The Client/Hunter, spouse, his/her heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, and/or successors release, waives, relinquishes any action or cause of action, and forever discharge King Guide Service, Dan and Monica King, his, her, their, and its successors and assigns, heirs executors, administrators, personal representatives, employees, volunteers and all other persons, firms, and corporations, of and from any claims, demands, rights, and causes of actions of whatsoever kind in nature, arising from, and by reason of any and all known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen bodily and personal injuries, death, damage to property, and the consequences thereof, resulting, and to result from the client/hunter's hunt. THE UNDERSIGNED SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS DOCUMENT AND RECOGNIZE THAT BY SIGNING IT THEY RELEASE OTHERS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO KING GUIDE SERVICE), WAIVE THEIR CLAIMS AGAINST THEM, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY THEM AND HOLD THEM HARMLESS FROM THEIR OWN NEGLIGENCE THAT MIGHT RESULT IN DAMAGE, INJURY OR DEATH TO THE UNDERSIGNED OR THEIR PROPERTY. Note: In the event the person for whom this waiver is executed is a minor, then ALL persons legally responsible for such minors (parents, guardians, etc.) must execute this instrument.
